Anyone who is tech minded know the reasons why my Rear Total Toe & Rear LH Half Toe where well out of spec range and unable to be adjusted into the recommended tolerances?

On the Focus MK2/MK2.5 there is a limited range to adjust the toe on the rear axle. It can happen that the optimal toe can not be achieved because it is not possible to adjust the eccentric rear toe bolts any further.

If the rear toe adjustment is completely out of specification there could be something wrong with the rear suspension or bushes. In your case the rear toe is within specification. just the most optimal setting could possibly not be achieved. Personally I would not worry about it.

Cheers buddy that was very informative thanks! Il not worry too much then, just keep an eye on my tread wear.

Rear toe adjustment on the Focus is a bit of a compromise really.

The only adjustment built in is the camber bolt which while mainly alters the angle of camber, because the rear hub is mounted at the rear control arms to the subframe but also via the control blade further forward onto the body (through a rubber bush) the actual effect of altering the camber bolt is that the wheel moves in an arc.

So you actually change toe to some degree at the same time as you'd adjust camber. Depending on tolerances and wear in bushes over time there is the possibility that you end up with camber in spec and toe out or vice versa.
