Ford Fiesta ST keyfob/battery issues

Featured Replies

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me please...

my key fobs have had low battery for a couple of weeks so I replaced the batteries and they haven’t worked. The only way I’ve been able to gain access to my car is through the key blade. Once inside the car there has been no power at all. The car won’t start (it’s push start) and I can’t find any slot to enter my fob for it to start, nor do I know how to reprogram my keyfob. The hazard lights, lights, radio, etc... nothing on the car works. I tried jumper cables to see if that would resolve anything but it hasn’t. Has anyone got any ideas?

thanks

You got the batteries the right way round?

The position of remote when you have flat batteries is in the vicinity of where a conventional key would be inserted into steering lock on column.
