Focus 2.0tdci 136bhp crankshaft bolt torque setting

Hi guys does anyone know what the torque setting is for the pulley bolt..can't find it anywhere..had a look in the Haynes manual and it says 70nm then a further 60° is that right...just seems a bit low..

Any Help would be appreciated thanks guys..

    Awww nice one mate thanks just bought another haynes manual on order..weird though I've got the 05 to 09 but the other is 05 to 11 same no 4807 ? Maybe latest edition who knows..
