Parking sensoe

Featured Replies

Hey guys and gals,

I am fairly new here so here goes. I have a ford focus 2013 hatchback titanium trim. The message parking aid fault service required sign keeps popping up everytime i drive the car. I checked the sensors and my front parking sensors are working but all my rear parking sensors are dead. I checked the wiring and the fuse but nothing seem to work. Anyone have any ideas why all 4 sensors in the back would not work... any help is much appreciated.

If it's auto it's a faulty Transmission Control Module.

I checked the car for any error codes, using a scanner. But there doesnt seem to be any codes...

Normal generic scanners won't do parking aid module dtcs

Either get a garage who can or buy an elm327 adapter ,download forscan for free and check dtcs your self.

If one sensor fails , the lot switch off.

if something i have sensors for sale 🙂
