constant squealing after new brakes

Just had pads and disks replaced on my fiesta now theres a constant squealing when im driving, i don't mean when i'm physically using my brakes but just when im driving, is this normal?

    Where did you get them done? What make of pads? And is the squeaking coming from the brakes?

    turns out it was a metal clip on which i believe is the ball joint which was rubbing against the new disks, seems to be a heat shield that protects the rubber, had to bend it back slightly. Didn't take a picture on my car but found this online and circled what im talking about.
