Ford fiesta leaking water - what is this pipe called? PIC ATTACHED

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, im new to this whole car buisness! My car has a coolant leak which caused me to break down last night (on a dual carriage way with my kids in the car on my birthday 😭) I got towed home and will be getting it looked at by the garage tomorrow but have found a hole in one of the pipes which is why I have the problem. My question is does anyone know what this pipe is? Rough idea on what it's going to cost ne to get it fixed? Thanks! And sorry for the rambling post!

that looks more like the heater hose leaking and driping down there are two heater pipes there so you will have to find

Thankyou for your reply, the pipe with the hole is connected to the tank that the coolant goes into so hopefully that will make it easier to find the right one

did aa/rac or whatever attend or was tow home by friend etc. I would have thought breakdown service could have fixed that - at least a robust temporary repair with a bit more rubber hose - do they carry generic stuff like that in the vans still?
