ST180 big power dip on dyno

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had anything similar or any ideas.

currently running pumaspeed 2r on my st and has it on dyno today and only made 217bhp with a big power dip around 4000 rpm

it doesn’t look like a boost leak and I have all the hardware.

pumaspeed have said to do data logging in it which is my next step

any ideas are appreciated
