Hi Guys has anyone else had the mp3 and mobi Sync problem where you can no longer dial from your dash controls; or use voice activation or select tracks from a Usb connected mp3 player? when I try to reset Sync via the settings controls on the dash, the screen`s contents shake like crazy and most of the options are missing! if you had this prob how did u sort it out? cheers!

    I have a 2015 zetec fiesta, whenever sync goes funny, bluetooth etc. I do the pull the fuse trick and let sync re initialise. Seems to fix all the problems I;ve had to date. In fact it;s the only solution sometimes, even master reset from the menu doesn't work for my bluetooth issues.

    Saying that I've only had to do it 3 times in 4 years.

    yes I also found the master reset etc on the dash control panel didn`t even get close to changing anything.
