Help with instrument cluster needles not correct

Hi all, 

Had to pull apart my instrument cluster to resolder the buzzer on back for indicators and warning chimes etc, all soldered nicely....

But now my needles aren't right tried resetting IC with forscan that's not correcting them

Any ideas or is there something im missing

I Had to take the needles off and I put them back roughly where I thought they were but obviously not...
