    You need a coolant that meets or exceeds the Ford WSS-M97B44-D (concentrated) or Ford WSS-M97B44-D2 (predilluted) specification.

    Most coolants that meet the SP12 / G12+ specifications also meet the Ford specification. There are however coolant brands/types that meet the Ford specifications but needs to be changed more often than the 10 Years changing interval that Ford prescribes.

    Can you recommend one from a retailer such as Halfords or eurocarparts please? Or do I need/better off to go direct to ford? Just a bit concerned mine is right on the min level and don't want to damage the car.

     

    Only just got the car so not sure what has been used previously.
