Mk7.5 Heated rear window auto switch off?

Hi,

The QuickClear heated windscreen on my 2013 Mk7.5 Fiesta turns itself off after a few minutes, but the heated rear window doesn’t. Is it supposed to?

    Normally they do it stays on a lot longer than the front.

    The rear ones never turn off for me. Drove for an hour and it stayed on until you manually turn it off just in case your rear view window and wing mirrors steam up I guess while windscreen turns off in 5 mins.
