Does 19x9,5 wheels fit?

Does anybody have experience of 19x9,5 wheels if offset (ET) is 40. Does it fit?

I cant remember the size but i bought a second hand Mondeo Mk4 with 19's and it was horrible tramlined everywhere swopped to 17' transformed handled better, ride better, looks wise it was hard to tell
