Does anybody know where I can have my seat belt repaired (webbing frayed) mobile if possible I live near to Sheffield and Rotherham

    You would need to get a quote from a local motor mechanic to replace the assembly.

    how bad is it?  when I have had frayed belt I have run a cigarette lighter along the edge which sort of tidies it up. takes a bit of skill to get it right.  you need someone else holding the belt really.  don't set your car alight.

    Are belts flammable?  I've never really thought about it before, just assumed they were flameproof.
