Hello everyone! Got my 3rd Ford, a Fiesta 2011 Zetec S 1.6 PETROL in December last year and now was time for a full service, just run into typical problems and joined here to see if i can get any help! 

I have owned more cars but my Ford addiction started with the focus Mk1 1.8 tdci 115hp ( great car ) from 110K miles till 200k miles with just basic maintenance and a cluch kit, was time for a newer car so i bought the focus mk3 2011 1.6tdci owned for 4 years more and 70k miles ( 50k to 120k) also no problems just changed the clutch slave cylinder, and typical maintenance only oil and filters and brakes... because some circumstances had to sell it ....

In December I decided on the Fiesta zetec S 2011 1.6 and now was time for a complete service because of the unknown history and also rough starting and in traffic it overheated, so did a complete service (at home), new radiator fan (old was dead, oil, filters, spark plug, spark leads, temperature sensor, brake discs brake pads ...

Now my rad fans still don't start when it overheats, but i don't mind cause now i have the a/c on so the fan is on .... :((  but the worst part is the consumption went from 38~ 40 mpg to 20mpg which is crazy for this engine - engine runs better than before, not perfect but not bad ...

That is my story see if you guys can help me ...
