2014 Mondeo changing Sat Nav SD card

Hi all,

I've recently bought a new SD card for the maps and was hoping it would update the software for the common DAB fault. 

There were no instructions with the new SD card but I thought it couldn't be that difficult....

I have uploaded some pictures of the original SD card and the new one, also with the message that appears on the screen. It won't update and when the new card is installed, the touchscreen doesn't work, neither does the radio etc.
