Can somebody advise me please

a/ what format of Latitude and Longitude ( ie LAT 49.779399  LONG -7.5592303 )  to type into the Search bar to obtain a destination; I've tried various computations all to no avail, I've looked on the web .. there is a youtube but it relates to a 2009 car not a 2017

b/  Likewise, what / how to enter a National Grid / Ordnance Survey 6 figure reference (ie 109/   555719 )  to type into the Search bar to obtain a destination

These both relate to postcode WA6 6PB where a safety checkpoint is to be set up for the annual Manchester 100 Bike Ride this Sunday Sept 1st 8-12;

I have tried 2 local dealers to no avail; called Ford - who firstly put me through to one of the dealers I spoke to last week!  Then who after much confusion said to ring a £1/minute Tech 'helpline'    I remonstrated I have a £22000 Ford Mondeo and dont expect to have to pay a £1/minute to find out how it works!  No answer.....

Tried feeding these co-ordinates into my sync 3 and it would not accept it. Are you sure you have the right co-ordinates as when I put them in to google earth it puts me in the Atlantic ocean some miles off the tip o Cornwall. That could be why sync 3 is not accepting it.

Have just checked the postcode WA6 6PB on google earth and it gives me the following co-ordinated for the road at that point as Lat 53.243155 LONG -2.665662.

I dont know if you get the same option as you do on the Sync 2 but can you not change from the long/lat to postcode?
