Grand Ford tourneo connect finally ordered from my local dealer through notability following a disastrous fiasco in trying to order a Vauxhall. Cancelled Vauxhall order due to lies and misleading information and no clue about delivery date. First it was in the country then next it was being built and finally it was at Bristol docs but needed a new part? which was not available with no idea about what was going to happen. 4 months wasted until enough was enough with my cancellation as a result. Vauxhall did not cancel the order despite being asked to by Motability HQ. Given go ahead to choose another car so immediately went to Ford to replace our existing Grand Tourneo. Deal nearly done when it was discovered that Vauxhall had not cancelled order so had to jump through hoops to get them to do so. Ford order now going through but having to wait until late Jan. next year for build and delivery. Would never use Vauxhall again. Ford dealer as excellent as ever. Great to deal with an honest and upright salesman again.
