2016 Mondeo (2.0 AWD DIesel) - Oil Change Required

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I've had the oil change required light come up, had a service about 2 months ago and after that i went through the menus in the dash and did the reset in the Oil Life section. However it keeps coming back.

Oil levels look good, worried that its maybe the garage using the wrong oil type? Not even sure if there is an "oil quality" type sensor, as i thought it was just a timed/mileage based sensor reset for Oil Life.

I've seen this, its for the MK4 not the MK V, tried the through the dash oil life reset, it goes away briefly and comes back 😞
