Unusual rubbing noise? (Video in post)

Noise sounds plasticky and mainly happens on full-lock (or near it), but inspected both front wheel arches and couldn't see any loose plastic trim that might be rubbing against the tyre.

Beginning to think it might be CV joint related...

Any ideas on what could be causing the noise?

That's a strange sound. Does it make noise in  both directions?

And just like that the sound seems to have stopped! Wonder if it was simply a twig or some other foreign object stuck underneath the car somewhere...

Will post back if the noise returns, fingers crossed it doesn't.

Sadly the noise is back 😞

Yes it does happen in both directions... Wonder if it could be anything related to the steering rack issues/recall, even though its a late 2016 build
