Revers lights do not work in Mondeo 2010 (2.3 petrol - automate 6 speeds)

Hi,
My electrician was unable to find the source of the problem (he found that the bulbs, fuses, and gear selector are OK).
I read that other Ford models have a special switch for reversing lights, but my electrician did not find one in my car
(on the net you can find a video about such a switch in another model, but in my model the gearbox is different and we have not found such a switch so far).
I would be happy for help from anyone who knows or has experienced such a problem.
