mondeo 1.6tdci coolant

hi new here,my mondeo 1.6 tdci  has low coolant level when the engine is cold,when i take the expansion cap of it has abit of pressure and the level rises again,ive taken it to the garage and they have done a sniff test and pressure test and all way good,i take this is not normal anyone any ideas or experianced this 



Hi, if the coolant is low, why don't you top it up then over the course of a few weeks monitor the level to see if it drops.

I see you've got another thread going on this, where a suggestion is the coolant cap is leaking. Well, if it WAS leaking, you wouldn't get any pressure,... it would have leaked out. If you've got low coolant, then to monitor it, top up the expansion bottle and monitor it for a few weeks., then you'll know if you've got issues.
