Poor acceleration

Hi guys

first time ever time on forum and I’m I need of some help!

i have a ford transit courier with the 1.6tdci (Citreon I think) engine and it’s totally flat as a ***** on acceleration but fine when it’s wound up but I also think it’s down on mpg it’s been like this since I got it.

now the funny part it has no dtc but every now and the it goes into limp mode and says service now ? When it does this this it has a low boost code but when you turn ignition on and off it resets ??? 

what I have noticed thou is my o2 sensors don’t seem to be reading ?? Here is some pics
