Help! Need some advice on a Ford Minibus 2013

I was hoping someone could help me. Just looking to purchase a minibus so that my wife can do a conversion. As long as it keeps her away from me I'm happy. Have been looking online and found a Ford Transit minibus 14 seater from 2013 for £8500. It's diesel 2.2 done 40k miles, only had one owner. Great service history. What are these like to convert and are they reliable or expensive on the road? Any advice on this would be great as I am like a duck out of water with the idea of converting a van.
