My 2017 ST Line Estate pull out shelf will not stay locked out the clip that holds it on the left hand side is pushed down.

I have got my hand up and there's a plastic bit that it looks like should hold it in place but that part is wobbling about.

I have tried to get it to stay but no luck does anyone have a diagram of what is behind the cover please.

I will put a photo up later.
