Hoping someone can help me please.

The multimedia (radio/satnav) screen switches off and back on again after 4 minutes and then it turns off completely shortly after. 

The screen part number is 7 612 032 230 (F1BT 18B955 DA)

I have purchase a replacement (exactly the same model number from eBay and the radio now works without turning off but the screen remains completely blank.

Is there something I need to do to activate the screen - or is it possible I have purchased another faulty screen?!

If all else fails, does anyone know of a reasonably priced supplier in the UK, please?
