4" Exhaust For Fiesta Mk7

Featured Replies

Hey Guys

I have a frozen white Zetec S Mk7 Fiesta :) Had the Bosi duplex exhaust that european-parts sell, but got tired of it :)

So was wondering how do you think it would look with a 4" exhaust in the right side? Does anyone her have it or have you seen pictures of it?

Can't really find any Mk7's with 4" and would like to see how it lookes :)

Hi there,

I've got a twin 4" exit Powerflow back box on mine. Most people think it looks great, there has been a couple of people thought they're a bit too big for a Fiesta. The reason I went for 4" exhausts was to fill the pre-made cut-outs in the new rear Stoffler diffuser I got fitted.

Rocky1722: Believe me, I have drooled a lot over your solution! :) But think it is a bit too pricey :(

But do your think one 4" under the standard rear diffuser would look bad? Is it possible to buy just one 4" where you got yours? :)

My one is custom made so anything is possible. :D

How about this, it's my car with the original diffuser and one of my Powerflow tailpipes added on. I think that's roughly what it would look like.

2 minutes and I'll see if I can do it with a double exit. ;)

There you go. Personally I quite like the double exit. ;) :)

Not exactly sure if this would be possible due to the location of the spare wheel well. I'll have a look.

Hmmm, possibly could be done but I think the exhausts would have to sit under the rear valance, like the mountune exhausts sit, due to the spare wheel well. Don't think it would look so good. :(

Tidy effort on PS.

Think i am gonna leave the exhaust alone, gonna save and get it lowered. Thinking coilovers now................well thinking about big time but ouch to the wallet

That was on Paint, don't know how to use PS.

Thanks for the pictures, just what i needed! :) But it it would probably hang under the diffuser, instead of the cut holes as on the picture.

Anyway, next step is to get a price on one 4" and if possible shipped to Denmark :)

Rocky - I've seen you have a Powerflow twin exhaust, I've jsut bought a 1.6 3 dorr Titanium in Silver, sadly I couldn't get a white one within my budget, any way I wanted to ask how good is Powerflow exhausts? I was planning on getting PumaSpeed's Miltek twin exhaust but at £800 its !Removed! expensive.

Regarding your suspension, having just H&R lowering springs, does this not make your ride very bouncy? I was planning on buying a set of coilovers but can't decide which ones, the set I want is the H&R performance set but these cost £850 or a set by AP at £450 but I dont really trust anything thats not German.

Thank you

Kabir

Hi, in my opinion the Powerflow exhausts seem good quality. My one is not loud, just a subtle, deeper sound than normal.

Also I find the H&R -35mm springs excellent. Sits really well and the ride is stiffer than normal but definately not bouncy, just perfect I would say. :)

Hope this helps,

Stephen.

Stephen - many thanks for your reply, to save money I'm gonna stick to the H&R lowering springs for the time being and focus on getting the bodykit fitted with 17" alloys, I so wish I could have found a white Titanium with the bodykit but these are like gold dust and ones I do find are in the £12.5/£13k price range. I just hope the silver looks just as nice as your one.

Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

I have a ford feista zetec s mk7 where did you get your bumper diffuser from

4 inch exhaust on a Festa. Bit like stuffing rolled up socks down your underpants.
