Hi Everyone,

Firstly, let me thank you all for having me, Secondly, Hi I’m lewis I’m 29 and from Swadlincote, Derbyshire

so my back story... I absolutely most indefinitely HATED fords as you see I used the word hated as now I’m the biggest lover but also a rat car/rod lover I’ve had VW, RENAULT, MAZDA, MERC etc... but never a ford until... I saw My girl just sat in a parking lot, I got in touch with the owner and brought her right there and then £680 I paid and dam now I look and that was a bargain we’ve done 15,000 miles in the last 3 months of being together anyway with doing so many miles and being keen on rat look cars “I know it’s not for everyone” I decided to make plans for the inside anyway after cutting and grinding for a few days the back of the car now has a full 10inch memory foam mattress hence why I’ve named her RATAMPER “ A rat cross camper with dramatic temper.”  Plus a leisure kit with split charge for the 22” tv, DVD player, rear night heater, rear window controls & phone charging points it’s not fully finished but I will post pictures of before, during & end when I am finished I’ll do this for the interior and exterior if that’s ok as they are both working projects Right now, but as it stands me and the dogs have had plenty of night sleeping sweet in her... so now I’ve finished boring the brains out of you all I have a question for any in the know, so I’ve heard from a few buddies and also hearsay on the rat seen that a Volvo T5 2.5 / 2.0 / 2.3 or .4 engine  will fit in my girl is this true if so advice please as I’d like this of course I know I’d need to change the breaks so on and so forth hence I’d just buy the donor car and do it all proper... oh and before I end no I don’t need your comments say why not just get a Volvo it’s easier that’s like saying why don’t you just buy a Ferrari if you wanna paint ya car red there’s no realism there is they now??

Thankyou all for reading and sorry fii oh r the length of it.

Lewis, The dogs & Ratamper
