MOT FAIL - Right Rear Light Stays On When Lights are switched off (2011 Mondeo)

Hi folks, unfortunately had a MOT FAIL on my 2011 Mondeo - great start to the new year 😂

Failure is relating to my right rear position light staying on despite the lights being switched off. It does go off when the car is switched off.

Any Ideas?

    Hi, what do you mean by position light? Is it your tail light? Or indicator light? Is it on all the time that the ignition is on even tho' the sidelights are switched off?
