Heated front windscreen

Hi all hope everyone is safe and well. 

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford mondeo. As the cold weather has come, I've noticed my heated front windscreen doesn't work. Everything lights up like it should and the rear one works perfectly fine. I've checked fuses 61 and 66 and they are both fine. 

I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Wish I could find a company that specialise in heated front windscreen.

    Look for breaks in the flat printed connection to the window, if you can get to the edges.  The front one is harder to check than the back though,
