Heater is blowing cold air - Mondeo MK3 2006

Hi there!
I am the proud owner of a 2006 ford mondeo 2.0. Once to twice a week I have this issue, during the first start of the motor in the morning the heater is blowing cold air and remains the same during the entire journey unless if I turn the motor off and then back on again.
Coolant level is fine!
Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks Nicolas
