MK5 2018 fuse# 78 Trailer Tow Module fuse - where on earth can I get one from?

Hi all, as the title says really. It is a 40A M-Type fuse (according to Ford). The trouble is, there are MCase fuses, tall and short, and M-type again low profile or long. There's another Ford forum that this chaps having very similar problems trying to get one of these fuses too. He has gone through his local dealer, ordered the one listed on the parts e-cat system and they've been wrong (doesn't fit) on both counts. Surely someone must know of where these can be purchased from as the cars has been in production 6 years?
