Hey all, 2 quick questions in regards to the 1L Focus.
1. I have removed the 2 nuts holding the actuator on the bracket with the hose removed. Should this now pull up easy? as when I tried to see if mine was sticking I could't really pull it up. I tried to push down on the arm with mole grips but the arm never moved down.
 
2. With the turbosmart recirculation valve the instructions say to rotate it the the direction of soft as indicated on the top of the valve. I only have the words "plumb back" So do I still need to rotate? Does the cap rotate or is it the nipple that the hose connects too?
 
TIA - I'm asking as I'm overboosting (P0234 Error Code via ForScan) and wondering if the recirc valve needs adjusted.
