Luke4efc Posted August 11, 2021 Share Posted August 11, 2021 How many miles do you do a year? Do you leave the car sat for weeks before using it? In most cases a battery charger just isn't necessary, if you're driving the car enough then the alternator will keep it topped up perfectly fine. If everything works correctly then the car will go to sleep mode after a few hours and only draw very little current for things like the alarm.
