I had a couple of error codes pointing to an issue with the Egr so replaced it with a starline from ecp. I reset the learnt values using forscan. However on the first drive it threw up egr stuck closed. I have checked the egr values with forscan and it appears the egr is moving, however it is still saying the egr values are not learnt so I assume this is the issue. Tried to reset again, programme says it was successful but still the same error. Am I looking at some other issue, a dud egr or does it take a while to learn the needed values?

Car is a focus 2011, 1.6tdci
