Has anyone on here used UCDS to get their powerfold wing mirrors to open / close when unlocking their car?

I know UCDS is very expensive so I am wondering if anyone has used someone elses copy of the DDM and PDM to write to their own cars DDM and PDM?

Ideally I am wanting to try writing someone else's DDM and PDM to mine to see if the powerfold with the unlock of the car works.

Folding/unfolding the MK2.5 powerfold mirrors when unlocking/locking the car requires custom door module software.

This custom software was available as a paid function of the older UCDS hardware/software. Since about 5 Years the UCDS hardware/software does no longer support this functionality.

Finding someone who owns the older UCDS hardware/software will be quite a challenge.

I was looking for someone who has already had this done that would be willing to download and send me a copy of their PDM and DDM files to see if I uploaded them to my car modules if it would then work.

However I was curious by what you said and emailed UCDS and got this response:

Hi

New adapters can do this option via software also for 1x1lvl token

Additional functions-> Mirrors

I have been told on the ford owners forum the newer adapters do not support this function and have not for the last 5 years?
