Focus MK 2.5(Facelift) Exterior door trim removal

Are there any guides on removing the bits of trim off of the exterior doors as pictured...

I want to take them off to either get them painted or vinyl wrapped.

Alternatively I would be happy if anyone knows of any companies that sell covers for them?

    The trim in front of the mirror is just clipped in so should pull off ok.

    But think the 2 door cappings are held on with combination of clips and double-sided tape so need similar or sealer to allow you to refit them
