My 2015 Focus has finally decided that it is time for the door seals to fall off - any recommendations what double sided tape to use to re-affix them and if possible a link to a supplier - don't want to just buy any old roll of tape and find the seals fall off again in a few weeks!

Try a double glazing supplies supplier, your looking for 1/2 or 3/4mm thick D/S tape they use for sticking glazing bars onto glass units. Its serious stuff used it many years ago when in "the trade" or if youve a local window manufacturer that will sell a couple of rolls. Get some isopropyl alcohol wipe both suraces before taping. Or use Aquarium sealant if youve a steady hand with a skeleton gun.

Evo-Stik worked for me, that was over 3 years ago so it has lasted longer than the original 'glue'!

Ford sorted this for me as part of a service, within 6 months the seal had come away again, took matters into my own hands and used Gorilla Grip adhesive and taped the seals in place for a day until the glue had set properly.

Two years down the line and everything still in place. 👍
