Focus MK4 washer jets..

Featured Replies

Hi,

has anyone else noticed that the washer jets on the Focus MK4 don’t really cover the middle of the windscreen when sprayed? Curious, what’s the coverage like on everyone else’s?

Any help would be appreciated!

Only one of the two sprays on the driver side work on mine. I will have to remove the jet and see if I can clean it. Both sprays on the passenger side are still working - but for how long I wonder

Reminds me of a lovely mod I did on my old Toyota Celica GT4, which had a standard 2 x spray jet. Changed them to a Volvo (240?) mist type jet which soaked the screen, cheapest mod I ever did to the car and one of the most worth while!

My drivers side one is not as good as the passenger side one, but not bad enough for me to do anything about it.

Jets arn't clogged, the stream on both comes out even.

They could do with pointing inwards if that makes sense? Not sure if that's possible on these, well to adjust them?

Most of water from my driver's side jet sprays onto the roof.

Wasn't so clever when I had the sunroof open.😲

I need to see if I can adjust it.
