hi I recently bought a 2010 focus zetec 1.6 tdci and can't access my radio as I don't have the code can anyone please help

    You need to get the serial number. Hold 1 and 6 down for a few seconds and it should start scrolling through different options. You're looking for a 6 digit number that starts with either M or V.

    You can enter this number onto a database online (Google it, it's not hard to find one for free).

    Don't pay for these silly ebay services, all they do is Google the same thing I just told you and pay you for the privilege.

    In my experience the code is often written on the radio . I know that wouldn’t be the case if it’s never been out before. And getting it out might be harder than what’s already been suggested. Even with the tools they can be hard to get out, my tools for radio removal were cheap from eBay and are too filmsey
