Engine management codes p0089 and p0302

Hi all new here hope someone can help me I have 13 plate 1.0 ecoboost. engine management light came on flashing,  lots of white smoke and petrol dripping from exhaust code reader came up with p0089/p0302 have put new spark plugs and friend tested compression on cylinders said that was ok. What else should I look at/try? Thanks david

    Ok so no help from anyone here so I called fords today they opened a case for me told me to book in at local dealer for free diagnostics will update when they have looked at it

    Try replacing the coil pack on cylinder 2
