Crunching noise

I got noise from front both sides it's like a crunch noise, clunk. 

If reverse off my drive then brake I'll hear it, then I pull away.  If car in motion don't hear it only when stop pull away.

Couple garages said brake rattle and some say wishbone arms.

I been told the wishbone bush the big rear one has movement but not excessive, and I know on the end of these wishbones arms they have ball joint. 

I popped to garage and been quoted 160 to supply and fit brand new wishbone arms.

What u guys think wishbone arms or brake rattle or am I missing anything else.
