Hi guys, 

I have a 17 plate ford focus 1.5 tdci, 73k on the clock. 

Have just had the auto gear box serviced (fluid and gasket change), my independent garage tell me it needs doing at every 37.5k mark. I also had the same gear box service done at the same garage back at approx 37k miles. Still can't believe this is 350 quid on its own each time :( I'm told it's special fluid only Ford supply. 

The gearbox has always been smooth and was smooth up until I had it serviced this week. Car was driving fine after the GB service, but this weekend it has on two occasions popped up a transmission warning on the dashboard when slowing down to gear 1 or 2 approx 10mph.

The warning is on for like two seconds then automatically clears itself. 

Has anyone had the same sort of issue?
