personally and sorry to disappoint but i don't think it will; because the Mk3 ST has the exit pipe in the center of the rear bumper and the mk3 rear bumper isn't designed for duplex in a way which would see the manufacture of a duplex to fit both mk2 and mk3 models, 

I'm 99% sure what the seller has done here is confused mk2.5 to be mk3, it happens sometimes when there not ford enthusiasts like us, 

the mk2 ran from 2001-2005 then mk2.5 2005-2011 some consider the mk2.5 to be the mk3 due to the level of changes ford made to the body but its exactly the same in all other areas. 

all said then; if you can find a local custom exhaust and repair place; or any garage with stainless steel pipes and a mandrel, they can bend some pipe just the same as that listing but it will fit your mk3 where I don't think that one will, would cost any more than 200GBP

Damn the original is like this so thought I had found a bargain oh well thanks.

it might well fit then with the back box being horizontal yeah; no harm in trying it,
