Satnav disc

Featured Replies

Hoping someone can help me! My dad has an 09 plate mk4 hatchback and his satnav has never worked as the garage said it needs some sort of disc or card but we have no clue what the card is, how to buy it or what to do! Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Hello Lauran, welcome to the Ford Owners Club.

I would guess that if it is a 2009 mondeo it will use a SatNav disk.

Watch the YouTube video - Do NOT use force to eject the disc (if it has one installed). You do need to pull the volume knob off and spring the bottom cover plate off.

Then you will need to buy a new Sat Nav disk which can be found on eBay.
