hello guys i just joined i just got a 2004 mk1 focus 1.6 zetec lx

ive just i just bought a mk1 2004 focus 1.6 zetec lx 

so its leaking water into the hatch rear corners 

it has silicone around the lights so ive taped over the inner light areas.

then left some towel in the corners and next day its still getting wet there in the corners.so any advise etc thanks very much as this is my first focus  

also i have one remote key with a lazy battery and one non remote old type looking key 

could anyone link me to how to achieve or talk me through the process of getting another remote key programmed to the car please
