Just need to clarify this.

So you use the front screen wash/wipe and the rear works but not the front ?

Or is it the front wipers work but the rear wash works and you get no water to the front ?

Hi sorry yes correct pushing the button on end of the front wash wipe stalk doesn't work the front wash but the rear comes on.The rear wash should only work pulling stalk towards you, I can only assume a connection issue.

There is only one screen wash pump fitted. It rotates clockwise for the front screen and anti-clockwise for the rear screen.

The pump is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM) so that the signal from the wash/wipe switch is sent to the BCM which operates the wipers and the correct screen wash.

There is a know problem of water finding it's way in to the BCM and causing random faults, so it is very probably not the fault of the switch if the correct wipers are operating.

Thanks very much I'll find it and see if there's signs of water and get a meter on it. I'll update when cause found.

BCM is part of the passenger compartment fusebox. Disconnect battery before pulling plugs out.

Cheers, they have started to work again properly, I've seen a YouTube vid where it shows how fluid is forced up the wiring and corrodes the pins so I'll check them.

Thanks again.
