According to my profile I didnt post in here when i was new.

So, um, Hi / bonjour / guten tag / ciao / hola.

I consider myself one of the lucky few. I drive a 2005 Mk2 Focus, which I acquired in Dec 2009. simple right?

Its a Mk2 Focus Titanium, 3dr with the 2.0 Duratec. from what I can find online, these are RARE cars. (I think I saw a figure spat out that only around 700 were ever made with this engine/trim config).

it is a fabulous car to drive. cruises on the motorway, keeps the boy racers in check, and generally puts a smile on ones face, whilst also offering the practicality of a family hatchback.

It came to me as a broken box, having never seen it in daylight, didn't know if it ran (battery was flat), no service history (literally, 1 key and the owners handbook) nor did I test drive this car. the only thing i did was sit in the drivers seat for about 5? minutes, i knew it was "the one".

a trip to the body shop and a valeter, the rest, as they say, is history.
