I am trying to identify which ford this rack fits. I had a thread here

But it seems these may well be for MK3 Ford Mondeo (2001 - 2007) saloon and hatchback models.

it has alloy bars 1mtr long and the 4 end plates that attach to the car roof have 111701, 111706, 111703 and 111708 stamped into the metal.

The end cap plastic covers with keys have 122311, 122312, 122313 and 122314 cast into the black plastic.

Hoping someone has a set and can look see if the numbers on the covers and end plates are the same as these above.

Ford Dealer is selling a brand new kit that is the same as yours. Listed for a Mondeo and is even shown with the exact same photo that @TomsFocus found on your other thread.

Thanks Unofix but something isnt right I dont think, the listing says  Suitable for models from 09/2010 - 2018 otherwise stated. and that the images are stock and not necessarily what you will get.

Its quoting the same Ford number 1724805 and the photo is different to the previous listing in shape and no disclaimer on the images for this one.

So I think I should discount those listings as for a much later Mondeo.

I have a number I got somewhere last evening which may be for the rack I have, its 1521979. The hunt continues 😉

The end caps certainly look the same!  The full kit is 1138274.

I think it's a semi-universal set though, designed for more than one model.

I can now confirm this does in fact fit

Bolts are M6 x 60mm for this who may come to this thread looking for bolt sizes as they misplaced theirs.
