do you know how much it will cost and which service to book in as they are charging me £150 just for the diagnostics of it.

On the Ford support app when I go to update my sync it shows this.

my 2019 ford fiesta does this all the time too, had it in ford so many times and they have no idea. Does my head in can’t use the navigation or anything. Had a new battery fitted and the problem still happens
