OEM Fiesta Reverse camera wiring specs

Hi all
I hope I have the correct section for what I’m about to ask.
I have recently installed a 4” non touch satnav system and bluetooth etc into my fiesta.
It was I believe sync1.0 and I have added a 4” non touch satnav system and added the bluetooth unit and wiring and done necessary mods in FORScan and have everything up and running and it all seems to be working fine. Now yesterday I was given a factory fit reverse camera and partial cables for this system but I have no idea on the wiring for it, out of the back of the display is the 4 pin green fakra connector, I have been given the plug with a small amount of cable attached. I have stripped this back to reveal green/brown/blue/orange and the screen, I also have the loom from the tailgate up to the large block plug that goes into the roof.
Does anyone know the wiring details for connecting the camera and also is there any other module needed to enable the guide lines as I understand they don’t just appear when connecting the camera ? They have to be enabled in FORScan and I think set up again.
I can’t remember if there was another unit needed to add the guide lines.
I have the blank screen activate when putting the car into reverse so I think the image should display if connected to the camera correctly.
Please go gentle on me as I’m learning from scratch and have done a lot of reading on the forums and don’t just post for the sake of posting I do use the search button but I can’t find the wiring info I need unless I’m not searching correctly.
I have a licensed copy of FORScan which o purchased last week so I’m ok there.
So i would be extremely grateful for any help anyone could give me.
Thanks
Jason

I can upload the full Ford wiring schematics to my 'Google Drive' if you would like them. Quite a big file at around 28Mb
